Who is Munchkin & Bear? Female founded & run, Brisbane-based, big-hearted and passionate about improving the developmental early years of infants and children. Almost a decade ago, Munchkin & Bear disrupted the baby industry by redesigning the humble baby play mat. Back then play mats were brightly coloured eye-sores, extremely hard to clean, made from toxic materials and extremely poor quality. We set about to design and manufacture the play mat that would protect our own children as they learnt to roll, crawl, sit, walk, tumble and play.
